Job summary

PT. Mitra Manunggal Mahardika (Adelle Jewellery) seeks an e-commerce assistant to manage daily operations across its online storefronts and marketplaces. You will handle orders, chats, product listing uploads, banners, and promotions, while ensuring accurate AVA and timely packing for customers.

The role emphasizes a hands-on, organized, and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced jewelry e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a brand environment.
• Experience handling online platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.
• Sales oriented and results driven.
• Attention to detail and passion for e-commerce.
• Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage website and marketplaces day-to-day operations, e.g., responding to orders.
• Reply to chats on MPs and admin phone (WhatsApp).
• Assist to manage upload and update product listings regularly on marketplaces.
• Upload banners and promotions on marketplaces.
• Pack products for customers across channels.
• Ensure AVA: Availability, Visibility, Accessibility of assortments.
• Create collections and categorize products.
• Report to Ecommerce Manager/SM.
• Demonstrate creative and strategic thinking with a strong customer focus.
• Stay organized and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
