Qualifications

• Must master Accurate application (Accurate Online / V5).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented, honest, efficient, and accustomed to numerical accuracy.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Distributor Admin or Warehouse Admin (Fresh graduates proficient in Accurate are welcome).

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operational administration and goods inflow-outflow processes.
• Input Sales Order transactions, Delivery Notes, and Sales Invoices into the Accurate system.
• Input goods receipt data and control daily/weekly Stock Opname in Accurate.
• Coordinate with warehouse team, helpers, and delivery couriers regarding order processing.
• Monitor return completeness and record customer receivables status (Accounts Receivable).
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory, sales, and receivables for management.

Job description

Warehouse administration role managing operational administration, goods flow, and inventory control. Responsible for processing sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices in the Accurate system, monitoring daily/weekly stock counts, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams, tracking returns and customer receivables, and preparing periodic reports on inventory, sales, and outstanding payments.
