Job summary

PT. MULIA ARTHA SAUDARA seeks a Warehouse Administrator to manage administrative tasks for goods flow, inventory control, and order processing using Accurate software. Responsibilities include inputting sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and stock opname data while coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, numerical diligence, and teamwork, with daily allowances mentioned; fresh graduates proficient in Accurate are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must master Accurate application (Accurate Online / V5).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented, honest, efficient, and accustomed to numerical accuracy.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Distributor Admin or Warehouse Admin (Fresh graduates proficient in Accurate are welcome).

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operational administration and goods inflow-outflow processes.
• Input Sales Order transactions, Delivery Notes, and Sales Invoices into the Accurate system.
• Input goods receipt data and control daily/weekly Stock Opname in Accurate.
• Coordinate with warehouse team, helpers, and delivery couriers regarding order processing.
• Monitor return completeness and record customer receivables status (Accounts Receivable).
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory, sales, and receivables for management.
