About the role

We are seeking an Admin Cost Control specialist (Operation, F&B, and Facilities) to join Daewoong Bio Indonesia on a contract basis. This is a pivotal administrative position based in North Kuta, Bali, where you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling operational costs across multiple departments. Your work will directly impact the financial efficiency and operational performance of our facilities, contributing significantly to the organisation's overall business objectives.

Operational Cost Management

• Monitor and control daily operational costs (F&B, supplies, and utilities)
• Track expenses against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare cost reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Analyze cost variance and provide recommendations
• Handle procurement of F&B ingredients and operational supplies
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality
• Conduct regular market price checksManage supplier performance and maintain vendor database

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation
• Minimize waste, spoilage, and overstock
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) implementation

F&B Operations Support

• Support daily F&B operations and coordination
• Ensure standard portioning and cost efficiency in menu items
• Assist in menu pricing based on cost analysis
• Maintain quality and consistency of products

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock, and expenses
• Prepare reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with SOP and internal controls

Coordination & Improvement

• Work closely with operations, kitchen, and management teams
• Identify operational issues and propose improvements
• Support implementation of cost control strategies
