Job summary

Allez Group, a dynamic F&B hospitality group in Indonesia, invites an experienced Head Cost Control for F&B to lead cost containment across our growing operations.

You will oversee COGS, inventory, recipe costing, yield analysis, and vendor negotiations, shaping profitable controls across multiple outlets while collaborating with procurement, operations, and finance. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in Cost Control, preferably with supervisory/managerial experience in F&B, restaurant, hospitality, or hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of COGS, food & beverage cost, inventory control, stock opname, recipe costing, yield, and variance analysis.
• Experience managing cost control across multiple outlets or business units.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Able to analyze large amounts of operational and financial data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Good understanding of purchasing, receiving, inventory, kitchen, and restaurant operational flow.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and cross-department coordination skills.
• High integrity and able to maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
