Job summary

House of Om is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our Bali team. This on-site role handles supplier invoices, verifies documents, and ensures timely payments in line with internal policies.

You will reconcile vendor accounts, prepare journal entries, review expenses, and support month-end close and audits. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation and experience with ERP systems, Excel, and confidential collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting and finance.
• Experience with expense reports and policy compliance.
• Ability to prepare and post journal entries and support month-end closing.
• Analytical skills to reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; prior accounts payable experience is an advantage.
• Commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
