House of Om Bali is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our Finance team in Bali. You will manage the accounts payable process, verify invoices, and ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of AP experience, solid understanding of basic accounting principles, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets. ERP experience is a plus, and you will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support monthly closings.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ERP systems experience is a plus.

House of Om Bali is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Payable to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, from receiving invoices to payment processing.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Record and maintain accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare payment requests and coordinate payment schedules with the Finance team.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, payments, and other AP-related documents.
• Monitor outstanding payables and ensure payments are made according to agreed payment terms.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices, payments, and discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly closing and other finance-related reports.
• Ensure all AP transactions comply with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

About you

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Familiar with invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and vendor management.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and handling financial documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
