Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to work on a 6-month contract.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) entries.
• Perform monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Post routine journal entries and assist with month-end closing.
• Update monthly budget-to-actual tracking sheets and financial reports in Excel.
