Bobobox is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure timely payment of invoices and accurate record-keeping. The role involves three-way matching, data entry, and monitoring aging while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting and 1–3 years of AP/AR experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. This is a 3-month contract based in Bandung, Indonesia.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment - by performing three ways matching concepts for vendor billing
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
• Monitor and manage account payable aging
• Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems
• Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
• Comply with national and local financial regulations
