Job summary

PT. One Capital Energi is seeking an accounting professional to manage journal entries, AP/AR, and financial reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, cost analysis, and adherence to PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, at least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates welcome), and Mandarin proficiency (HSK 3). Proficiency in Accurate Accounting Software and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with GPA ≥3.00.
• 1 year of accounting experience required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Mandarin proficiency with minimum HSK 3 level.
• Brevet A & B certification is required.
• Knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficient in Accurate Accounting Software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions in the journal and ensure supporting documents are complete.
• Calculate and analyze production costs and operating expenses.
• Record and monitor expenses based on actual data.
• Perform cost variance analysis between budgeted and actual costs.
• Handle AP and AR processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Support monthly and yearly closing and stock opname activities.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

Job description

• Accurately record financial transactions in the journal and ensure the completeness of supporting transaction documents.
• Calculate and analyze the company’s production costs and operating expenses.
• Record and monitor expenses based on actual data.
• Perform cost variance analysis between budgeted costs and actual costs.
• Handle Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform financial data reconciliation and ensure the accuracy and consistency of transactions.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and financial statements, including Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and other related reports.
• Support monthly and annual closing processes and stock opname activities.
• Assist with both internal and external audit processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required, with a minimum HSK 3 level.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles, including journal entries, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Must possess Brevet A & B certification.
• Good knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficient in Accurate Accounting Software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
