Job summary

PT. Amanah Amarta Group in Surabaya invites a seasoned Accountant Supervisor to oversee the accounting function and lead a team.

You will manage the full accounting cycle, from transaction recording and journal entries to monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in outsourcing/manpower services, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Accurate Accounting Software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, preferably with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in an outsourcing/manpower services company will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, from transaction recording and journal entries to monthly and annual financial statement preparation.
• Experienced in managing and reviewing General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Experienced in recording, reviewing, and controlling operational expenses, payroll-related transactions, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Good understanding of Indonesian corporate taxation, including VAT (PPN), Income Tax Article 21 (PPh 21), Article 23 (PPh 23), and Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan) will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using Accurate Accounting Software.

• Strong ability to manage the monthly closing process, ensuring financial reports are completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
• Capable of reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements before submission to management.
• Able to provide clear explanations and take accountability for financial reports, accounting records, and financial performance presented to management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to supervise and guide the Accounting team.
