Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a senior accounting professional to lead financial statement cleanup, ensure PSAK-IFRS compliance, and supervise the accounting team. The role involves coordinating month-end and audit activities, while implementing robust internal controls to safeguard financial data.
You will oversee a comprehensive close process, mentor staff, and provide actionable financial analysis to support management decisions in a dynamic environment.
Lead the clean-up and restructuring of existing financial statements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit-readiness
Review, analyze, and finalize balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements on a monthly basis
Ensure full compliance with PSAK-IFRS and other applicable financial reporting standards
Supervise and review daily reconciliations of cash, bank, credit card transactions, and invoice filing performed by the accounting team
Lead end-of-month and end-of-year closing procedures, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
Coordinate and manage financial audits (internal and external), including liaising directly with auditors and preparing audit documentation
Design, implement, and enforce internal control procedures and accounting SOPs to prevent recurring reporting issues
Review and mentor junior/senior accounting staff, providing guidance on technical accounting matters
Identify discrepancies or irregularities in existing financial records and drive corrective action plans
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support decision-making
Stay current on accounting regulations and proactively implement changes as needed
Responsibilities:

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ; professional certification (Brevet A&B, CPA, CPSAK) is a strong plus
Minimum 8-12 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity
Proven experience leading or being heavily involved in financial statement clean-up, restructuring, or turnaround situations
Strong hands-on experience in external/internal audit coordination
Deep and current knowledge of PSAK-IFRS and Indonesian tax/accounting regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical skills with sharp attention to detail
Proficient in accounting software (Jurnal.id, Accurate, SAP, or similar); strong Excel/spreadsheet skills
Demonstrated ability to build, improve, and enforce accounting processes and controls
Resilient and confident under pressure — able to hold their ground and defend their analysis when challenged, without becoming defensive or rigid in the wrong way
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills — friendly and approachable, yet firm and structured (disciplined with standards, agile in adapting to changing priorities)
High level of integrity, honesty, and discretion in handling sensitive financial data
Startup or fast-growing company experience is a strong plus, especially in messy/scaling-up environments
