PT. RJGF International Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented General Ledger accountant in Jakarta to manage the company’s ledger and ensure timely, accurate recording of all financial transactions.
The role covers monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, tax reporting, and coordination with auditors and tax consultants. Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Possession of Brevet B Tax Certification is preferred.
Candidates from non-finance majors may be considered if they possess a recognized CPA certification (Indonesian CPA preferred).
Experience in financial closing, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance is required.
Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations.
Experience in cross-border accounting or multinational company environments is an advantage.
Experience working in a Chinese company is highly preferred.
Job Description:
Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and closing activities.
Handle tax compliance matters, including preparation and submission of tax reports in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
Support finance-related projects and other tasks assigned by management.
