Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 7 years progressive accounting experience; at least 3 in a management role.
• Strong IFRS and local tax knowledge essential.
• Experience with ERP and accounting software is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the accounting department (AP, AR, payroll, GL).
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with department heads.
• Oversee tax filings and compliance with tax laws.
• Manage external auditors and support audits.
• Mentor the accounting team and drive continuous improvement.
