Job summary

Pt Sinergi Anugrah Mandiri is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in Bogor to lead a growing accounting team, ensure timely closings, and support financial strategy.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA or equivalent preferred, 6+ years of experience with leadership, and strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge for Indonesian regulations and ERP proficiency. This role offers growth and a chance to bolster internal controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
• CPA or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
• 6+ years accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and Indonesian regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants and staff.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal control policies.
• Ensure compliance with local and national tax laws.
