• Proven experience in manufacturing company environment
• Experienced in managerial-level accounting position
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costing and inventory accounting
• Strong knowledge in taxation, financial reporting, and audit processes
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
• Handle manufacturing accounting processes, including costing analysis, inventory accounting, and cost control
• Monitor and review budgeting, cash flow, and financial forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and internal company policies
• Supervise tax reporting and coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors when required
• Lead external and internal audit processes effectively
• Develop and strengthen accounting systems, internal controls, and operational procedures
• Lead, manage, and develop the accounting team to achieve department objectives
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business and management decisions

Manage overall accounting and taxation activities within the company. This role is experienced in manufacturing environment, including handling costing processes and leading team members.
