You will play a key role in managing financial reporting, internal controls, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants and accounting staff.

• Develop, implement, and maintain internal control policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national accounting regulations and tax laws.
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.
