Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the accounting department (AP, AR, payroll, GL).
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with department heads.
• Oversee tax filings and compliance with tax laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads.
• Oversee the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and provide necessary support for financial audits.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local tax regulations.
