Job summary

Abcpresident is seeking an Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure precise financial recording in a dynamic Jakarta team. You will review entries, reconcile accounts, and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, delivering accurate reports in line with applicable standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional groups while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work within deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit activities and provide the required documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve department objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and controls.
