Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Bogor is seeking an experienced General Manager of Finance to provide executive leadership over Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A, aligning financial strategy with corporate goals and ensuring IFRS/PSAK compliance.

You will drive tax strategy, manage liquidity and capital structure, oversee audits and reporting, and mentor a senior finance team toward high performance while building succession pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA and/or professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as GM of Finance/Accounting/Tax or 5–7 years in Senior Manager roles.
• Extensive cross-functional expertise across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A.
• Strong executive leadership, strategic vision, and high-stakes negotiation skills.
• Deep expertise in Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, and IFRS/PSAK.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Willing to be placed in Bogor.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A.
• Formulate long-term tax strategies and lead audits/negotiations with regulators.
• Oversee liquidity, working capital, debt/equity financing, and banking relationships.
• Drive the Annual Operating Plan, long-term financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
• Define vision and goals for Finance & Accounting aligned with corporate strategy.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance leadership team.
• Establish succession plans and talent pipelines within the division.
