Job summary

KantorKu is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting Supervisor to lead and coordinate financial operations in Bekasi. The role covers closing the books, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance.

You will manage a team, ensure accurate reporting, and drive cost control while maintaining tax compliance and timely financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Finance/Accounting Supervisor or Manager.
• Experience in leading a team and handling financial closing.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of full accounting cycle, inventory accounting, COGS/HPP, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, bank balances, supplier payments, operational expenses, and CAPEX.
• Monitor working capital, including inventory turnover, AP/AR aging, and cash conversion cycle.
• Oversee the full accounting cycle, financial closing, bank reconciliation, inventory accounting, and financial statements.
• Manage tax compliance, including PPN, PPh, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and monthly/annual tax reporting.
• Prepare financial and management reports, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow.
• Develop annual/monthly budgets, rolling forecasts, sales forecasts, and cost control strategies.
• Lead the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and efficient financial operations.
