Job summary

PT Dunia Pancing Indonesia is seeking an experienced Head of Accounting to lead the entire accounting function, including bookkeeping, general ledger, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate monthly and yearly closing.

You will prepare PSAK-compliant reports, oversee tax compliance, budgeting, variance analysis, and internal controls while mentoring the accounting team in a fast-moving trade/retail/manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisor/manager position.
• Proficient in PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Skilled in using accounting software/ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and good leadership abilities.

About you

• Tax Brevet certification, CA, or CPA is an added value
