Job summary

Hanwha Life Indonesia is seeking an experienced Accounting professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, tax, and insurance business processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

You will lead the Accounting team, oversee GL, reconciliations, budgeting and audit coordination, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely, accurate financial results.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's in Accounting with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, GL, reconciliation, budgeting, analysis, and audit coordination, ideally in insurance.
• Knowledge of PSAK, taxation, and insurance accounting; Tax Brevet A & B.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, integrity and achievement orientation.
• Proven leadership with ability to lead, develop, and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with accounting/financial systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably at Managerial/Head level.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, general ledger, accounting reconciliation, budgeting, financial analysis, and audit coordination, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Solid knowledge of PSAK, taxation, and insurance accounting processes, with Tax Brevet A & B certification.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with high integrity and achievement orientation.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, develop, and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
