Capricorn Design in Bogor is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the finance operations. You will manage the accounting team, oversee the monthly and yearly closing, ensure PSAK compliance and Indonesian tax adherence, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

This leadership role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA, 8+ years of accounting experience (3+ in management), ERP and advanced Excel skills, and strong internal controls expertise.
