Job summary

Hanwha Life Indonesia is seeking an experienced Accounting professional to oversee financial reporting, general ledger, budgeting, and audit coordination within the insurance sector.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of PSAK, taxation, and insurance accounting processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably managerial/head level.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, general ledger, budgeting, and audit coordination.
• Solid knowledge of PSAK, taxation, and insurance accounting processes; Tax Brevet A & B certification.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting systems.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, tax, and insurance business processes. This role will play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and effective management of the Accounting team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably at Managerial/Head level.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, general ledger, accounting reconciliation, budgeting, financial analysis, and audit coordination, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Solid knowledge of PSAK, taxation, and insurance accounting processes, with Tax Brevet A & B certification.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with high integrity and achievement orientation.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, develop, and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with accounting/financial systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
