Job summary

Mekari, Indonesia's leading SaaS company, is seeking a Merchant Profiling and Relations specialist to profile merchants based on category or transaction size in the marketplace and drive value across Mekari's ecosystem.

You will maintain growth, provide daily and weekly reporting to your supervisor, build strong relationships with merchants and external parties, socialize programs and campaigns for merchants, and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to elevate merchant success.

Responsibilities

• Profile merchant based on category or size of transaction in marketplace.
• Maintain growth, usage, upselling merchants orders and transactions to external party.
• Provide daily and weekly reporting to supervisor.
• Build and maintaining good relationships with merchants and external parties.
• Socialize programs and external campaigns for merchants.
• Conduct relevant ad-hoc tasks.
