Job summary

Integrasia Innovation Center (Innocent) is seeking a sales/marketing professional in Jakarta to develop sales strategies and forecast revenue. You will lead customer engagements, participate in pricing decisions, and oversee project closures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes client visits, product presentations, and ensuring timely payments, with opportunities for project management and cross-selling enhancements within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or industrial engineering preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to understand customer pain points and business processes.
• Sales or marketing experience in IT is advantageous; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience or certification in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support superiors in developing sales strategies and plans aligned with revenue targets.
• Generate sales funnels and forecast sales.
• Achieve product sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and oversee project closures.
• Collaborate with superiors in determining product pricing and promotional schemes.
• Serve as a project manager, overseeing project planning and ensuring successful customization.
• Coordinate with Development and Pre-Sales Teams regarding projects.
• Work with the finance department to ensure timely payments from clients.
• Liaise with the Operations Manager and clients for testing, handover, and implementation.
• Collaborate with operations to enhance cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
• Provide insights for marketing and development efforts.
