Qualifications

• Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang penjualan atau fresh graduates dipersilakan melamar.
• Kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat dan menutup transaksi dengan efektif.
• Mahir menggunakan alat digital, aplikasi seluler, dan sistem CRM untuk mengelola tugas harian.
• Keterampilan interpersonal dan membangun hubungan yang baik dengan klien.
• Termotivasi sendiri, bisa bekerja mandiri, dan cocok di lingkungan penjualan yang cepat.
• Memiliki SIM dan kendaraan sendiri (idealnya motor) untuk bepergian.

Responsibilities

• Mencari klien baru secara aktif.
• Mengembangkan bisnis baru dan/atau mengidentifikasi area perbaikan untuk mencapai target penjualan.
• Membangun dan menjaga hubungan pelanggan yang kuat dan tahan lama.
• Kunjungan ke agen properti di sekitar Surabaya berdasarkan target mingguan, memamerkan produk dan layanan kami.
• Menunjukkan kemampuan bernegosiasi dan menutup penjualan sambil memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
• Membangun dan memelihara basis data klien dan prospek yang komprehensif dengan informasi yang akurat.
• Bertanggung jawab atas proses administrasi, termasuk mengirim, memverifikasi, dan memperbarui informasi klien dalam database.

Your Role: Account Executive - SME - Surabaya

• Actively seeking new clients.
• Develop new business and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Visiting agent property around Surabaya based on a weekly target, showcasing our products and services.
• Demonstrating the ability to effectively negotiate deals and close sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining a comprehensive database of clients and potential leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Taking responsibility for the administration process, including submitting, verifying, and updating client information in the database.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• 1–2 years in Sales or Fresh Graduates with a strong desire to learn and a high level of resilience are welcome to apply.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, mobile apps, and CRM systems to manage your daily tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain client connections.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and their own vehicle (preferably a motorcycle) for travel purposes.
