Job summary

99 Group is a leading real estate technology company with portals across Southeast Asia, including 99.co and Rumah123. We’re expanding in Indonesia and seek an Account Executive to drive new business, manage key client relationships, and close profitable contracts.

You will actively seek new clients, develop opportunities, and coordinate delivery of our digital advertising solutions to meet client objectives while building strong partnerships across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or B2C sales in property industry.
• Strong negotiation and presenting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and Google Apps.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Actively seeking new clients.
• Develop new business and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Prepare reports on account status, forecast, and track key account metrics.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Develop a database of qualified B2B leads through different ways such as referrals, canvassing, cold calls, direct mail, email, and networking

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven work experience as an Account Executive or Possess B2C sales experience in the property industry is an advantage
• Good negotiator with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence the customers.
• Solid experience with Google Apps (GDocs, GSheet, GSlides).
• Have experience and understanding of digital marketing.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
