Qualifications

• Target-driven with strong sales and client management.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

• Develop and execute sales strategies, including price negotiations and deal closing.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on schedule.
• Prepare sales proposals, client presentations, and regular performance reports.
• Handle the full sales cycle from planning to closing with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Actively participate in pitching sessions, client meetings, and post-sales service.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing industries. (Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational backgrounds are welcome to apply.)
