Job summary

CNBC Indonesia is seeking an Account Executive in Jakarta to bridge client needs with tailored media solutions across TV, digital, and branded content.

You will manage a client portfolio, develop sales strategies, present proposals, and close deals, while collaborating with creative teams to ensure campaigns meet timelines and objectives.

Fresh graduates with strong communication are welcome; 1–2 years of related experience is a plus in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• 1–2 years in sales, media, advertising, or digital marketing; fresh grads welcome.
• Target-driven with strong sales and client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and prospect new business.
• Understand client objectives and deliver tailored media solutions (TV, digital, branded content).
• Develop and execute sales strategies, including price negotiations.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure campaigns are on schedule.
• Prepare sales proposals, client presentations, and regular reports.
• Handle the full sales cycle from planning to closing.
• Pitch sessions, client meetings, and post-sales service.
