Job summary

Space & Shapes is a digital brand transformation agency seeking a Digital Account Executive. Your role centers on building and nurturing client relationships while delivering creative and innovative marketing solutions.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and exceed client expectations. You will provide strategic advice, manage projects and budgets, drive upselling and cross-selling, and lead pitches.

Qualifications

• Requires BFA/BA in Communication/Creative or related field.
• 2–4 years of Account Executive experience in Creative/Digital/Marketing Agency.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills with ability to close deals and grow revenue.
• Excellent communication to liaise with staff and clients to align marketing projects.

In the position of a Digital Account Executive, your primary focus will be on building and nurturing client relationships, as well as driving sales growth through effective communication and delivering creative and innovative marketing tailored solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless execution and exceed client expectations.

Requirements :

• BFA/BA in Communication/ Creative or related field.
• At least 2-4 years of Account Executive preferably within the Creative/ Digital/ Marketing Agency.
• Fluency in English is a must (verbal and written)
• Strong selling, competitive objection handling, and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and contribute to revenue growth, while being empathetic to customer’s needs
• Good communication skills, to be able to listen to and speak with staff and clients to ensure that they understand employees’ ideas and clients’ desires for marketing project.
