Job summary

United Creative in Jakarta is seeking an Account Manager to manage day-to-day client communications and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across campaigns, activations, and events.

The role focuses on translating briefs, preparing proposals and decks, and driving client satisfaction with on-time, on-brand delivery across digital and live projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Account Management or similar role.
• Experience in digital campaigns, brand activation, and entertainment projects.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong relationships across all levels.
• Translate client discussions into clear and actionable internal project briefs.
• Prepare proposals, presentation decks, timelines, minutes of meeting, and project updates.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, social media projects, brand activations, events, and entertainment projects.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, production, digital, finance, and project teams.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, costs, margins, billing, and payment progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, quality, and timeline.
• Support campaign reporting, evaluation, pitches, and client presentations.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in client meetings, networking events, and on-ground activations when required.
