Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking an Operations Excellence Associate Manager to drive strong academic implementation and continuous quality improvement across branches in Jakarta. You will collaborate with academic, operations, and support teams to monitor performance and ensure adherence to business standards.

The role focuses on developing trackers, dashboards, and reports while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality educational initiatives in a fast-paced expansion environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years in operations, project management, academic operations, or operations management.
• Experience in early childhood education or preschool industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing teams and/or coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Experience in data tracking, dashboards, academic reporting, or operational reporting.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple operational projects for academic initiatives with timely execution.
• Develop project timelines, trackers, and execution frameworks.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose proactive solutions.
• Lead and monitor team members to ensure accountability and collaboration.
• Provide feedback and develop the team to foster a positive culture.
• Support preschool curriculum consistency, learning quality, and teacher readiness.
• Translate academic concepts into practical tools and implementation plans for school teams.
• Monitor academic performance and quality standards across branches.
• Manage and analyze data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Create trackers, dashboards, and reports using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Prepare clear updates and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments, school leaders, and external partners.
• Communicate academic information in a practical and structured manner.
• Identify gaps and drive improvement initiatives.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment with ownership.
