Job summary

PT Xanhsm Green And Smart Mobility Indonesia seeks a 4W Vehicle Management Specialist to oversee maintenance plans, inspections, and key/control processes for Lampung-area vehicles. You will coordinate with insurers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safe, ready-to-operate 4W fleets.

The role requires a engineering/transportation/management background and at least 3 years in vehicle or fleet management, with preference for 4W vehicle experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle management, fleet management, automotive, transportation, or related industries.
• Experience managing 4W vehicles is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspection processes.
• Familiar with vehicle insurance claims and documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external vendors.
• Detail-oriented and organized, especially in managing vehicle records and documentation.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Willing to work in an operational environment and conduct field visits when required.

• Coordinate with internal teams, workshops, and external vendors to ensure smooth vehicle management operations.
