Influx is seeking a Customer Support Agent based in Indonesia to assist customers with voice support and troubleshooting for audio and tech products. You will listen, diagnose, and resolve issues with professionalism while leveraging knowledge of IoT, audio hardware, and streaming services.

You will work with a global team, follow scripts, and be open to feedback to continuously improve. Familiarity with Salesforce and remote management systems is a plus.

• Communicate politely and professionally throughout every interaction.
• Apply analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify solutions.
• Be receptive to feedback and continuously improve performance.
• Demonstrate experience or knowledge of IoT (Internet of Things).
• Stay up to date with current music trends and music streaming platforms.
• Experience with remote management and software back-end systems.
• Experience using and managing audio hardware, such as speakers, PA systems, and amplifiers.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• The ability to read and understand scripts and basic code is a strong plus.
