Job summary

Influx is seeking English–Korean bilingual Customer Support Agents in Indonesia for our growing remote team. You will respond to inquiries across phone, email and live chat with professionalism and empathy.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English (TOPIK 4–6 level preferred) and has prior experience in BPO or multichannel customer support, with strong communication, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Korean and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in multichannel customer support (phone, email, chat).
• Ability to explain processes clearly and confidently.
• Culturally aware and able to support customers across regions.
• Professional and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat per SLAs.
• Provide accurate, empathetic responses across channels.
• Document interactions clearly in CRM or ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Adapt to seasonal contact-volume fluctuations.
