Job summary

STTGDC is seeking an experienced DC Operations Specialist to manage in-country data centre infrastructure and deliver 24x7 support. You will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and ensure ITIL-compliant processes while coordinating with vendors and maintenance teams.

The role requires a Diploma or ITE in related fields, plus 1+ year in DC/facility operations or equivalent qualification, with fluency in English and Bahasa and willingness to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computing/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• ITE Certificate or equivalent in Computing/Electrical/Mechanical.
• 1 year+ experience in 24x7 DC or facility operations; fresh grads with relevant qualifications welcomed.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa; ability to work in rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service large scale in-country data centre infrastructure to ensure 24x7 operations.
• Monitor data centre infrastructure with 24x7 coverage and respond to alerts.
• Act as Level 1 escalation for onsite incidents; document requests in the ticketing system.
• Ensure ITIL process conformance for incident, problem and change management.
• Enforce safety, security and customer support policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; inspect completed work.
• Plan and support preventive and reactive maintenance with minimal service disruption.
• Participate in internal and external audits; generate reports when required.
• Carry out other duties or projects as assigned by Management.
