Job summary

K2 STRATEGIC seeks a Data Centre Specialist to maintain critical equipment, execute maintenance tasks, and support dedicated uptime for on-site facilities in Bekasi. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and alignment with the maintenance strategy.

The selected candidate will coordinate with the Facility Lead, monitor EPMS/BMS/Fire alarms, and supervise third-party engineers to ensure compliance and smooth operation of all data-centre systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years in a Data Centre environment preferred.
• Effective communication and proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful operation, maintenance and repair of all critical equipment systems with 100% uptime on site.
• Plan completion of planned and reactive work orders to meet due dates.
• Assist in project changes, improvements and handover within the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FOC, Library, Stores & Workshop.
• Collaborate with management and operations to review failures and prepare root cause analysis.
• Develop site procedures for maintenance and operation of critical equipment (SOPs, EOPs, Drills).
• Assist with technical issues, project management, vendor management and reporting on critical equipment and computerised systems.
• Escort and supervise third-party engineers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with site standards.
• Operate equipment and respond to alarms in the FOC; prioritize EPMS, BMS and Fire System alarms.
