Job summary

PT-Lawencon-Internasiona in South Jakarta is seeking an Application Monitoring Support - Operator (Shifting) to monitor availability and performance of enterprise applications using monitoring tools and web/mobile apps.

The role involves incident escalation, clear reporting, SOP adherence, and coordinating with IT teams, with a 24/7 rotating shift to ensure uninterrupted service. Entry-level to mid-level with a Diploma III in IT/CS is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Perform routine application monitoring through designated monitoring tools, web-based applications, and mobile applications.
• Identify and report application errors, service disruptions, abnormalities, and potential operational issues.
• Perform initial analysis of application problems and **escalate** incidents to the appropriate technical support team.
• Record, document, and report incidents, monitoring results, and operational activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and monitoring guidelines to ensure consistent operational support.
• Coordinate with application support and technical teams to facilitate incident resolution and service restoration.
• Perform shift handovers and provide accurate updates on ongoing incidents and monitoring activities.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with relevant stakeholders regarding application status and reported issues.
• Participate in continuous learning and training to improve application monitoring skills and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
