Job summary

Meiyume is seeking a Global Business Process Assistant Analyst – Move to support day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes, focusing on Oracle Fusion Advanced Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Operations in Indonesia.

You will provide incident management, issue investigation, testing, and process improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing continuity and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Experience supporting operational users and troubleshooting issues.
• Understanding of inventory and warehouse management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion Advanced Inventory and warehouse-related processes
• Support warehouse and logistics users with system and operational issues
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and transaction-related issues
• Assist users with receiving, inventory, transfer, and shipping transactions
• Monitor operational issues that could impact warehouse efficiency or manufacturing continuity
• Escalate critical issues affecting inventory accuracy or customer shipments
• Manage incidents and support tickets through ServiceNow
• Provide first and second-level support for Oracle Fusion Inventory and logistics-related modules
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities

2. Global Business Process Assistant Analyst – Move(Warehouse Ops&Oracle Fusion)

The Global Business Process Assistant Analyst – Move supports the day-to-day operation, support, and continuous improvement of warehouse, inventory, and logistics business processes across Meiyume’s global Move function. The role works closely with Warehousing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to support Oracle Fusion Advanced Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse Operations, and related material movement processes. The role provides first-line operational support through incident management, issue investigation, testing, documentation, user assistance, and process improvement activities. A significant focus of the role is supporting warehouse and inventory operations in Indonesia where timely resolution of operational or system issues is critical to maintaining manufacturing continuity and customer deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion Advanced Inventory and warehouse-related processes
• Support warehouse and logistics users with system and operational issues
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and transaction-related issues

• 1-3 years of experience within Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Operations, ERP Support, Logistics Operations, or Technology Support
• Approximately 1-2 years exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP
• Understanding of inventory and warehouse management concepts
• Experience supporting operational users and troubleshooting issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to investigate root causes and coordinate issue resolution
• Strong attention to detail
