Job summary

Meiyume in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Specialist - Sourcing (packaging) to maintain supplier lists, assess quotes, and lead negotiations on quality, price, and lead times. You will coordinate with the PDE and quality teams to align product design and specifications with customer expectations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date supplier list.
• Review customer briefs and propose options (quality, price, lead time, sustainability).
• Assess quotes and prepare cost breakdowns for Sales Support.
• Lead supplier negotiations on price, lead time, quality, and terms.
• Coordinate with PDE and quality team on design, structure, and quality to meet expectations.
• Provide supplier data for registration or order placement.
• Develop sourcing strategy with direct manager and implement locally.
• Share data with internal teams for supplier registration in QAD.
• Collaborate with regional peers to manage supplier base for Meiyume globally.
• Act as stakeholders liaison ensuring timely communication before handover to procurement.
