You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, develop integrations via APIs, and maintain dashboards using BI tools. The role involves coordinating with business units and IT, applying best practices in change management, security, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enhancements, reports and custom applications that support business processes.
• Configure and extend cloud applications to meet changing business requirements.
• Build, test and deploy software solutions using modern development practices.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities and change management processes.
• Develop and support integrations between business applications using APIs and integration platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes.
• Support automated workflows and scheduled data exchanges.
• Investigate integration issues and identify long-term solutions.
• Create and enhance business dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful visual insights.
• Work with data teams and business users to improve reporting and decision making.
• Support reporting solutions using analytics platforms such as Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Power BI or similar tools.
• Support user access requests across enterprise applications.
• Maintain security roles and access permissions following company governance processes.
• Assist with segregation of duties reviews and access control activities.
• Work with Cyber Security and business teams to ensure appropriate application access.
• Assist with Oracle quarterly updates and monthly platform releases.
• Perform testing and validation of system changes.
• Support issue resolution following application upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, performance and user experience.
• Contribute ideas that simplify processes and increase business value.
