Job summary

Meiyume Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking an Global Business Process Assistant Analyst-Make to support Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, SCM, and related production execution processes across our Make function. You will work with manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, quality, engineering, and technology teams to ensure daily production activities run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, ERP Support, Production Planning, Business Support or Technology Support roles
• Approximately 1-2 years exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes
• Experience supporting business users and investigating operational issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to investigate root causes and coordinate issue resolution
• Good communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
• Ability to document business processes and user requirements
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes
• Support production planners, supervisors, warehouse personnel, and manufacturing users with operational issues
• Monitor and investigate issues impacting manufacturing operations
• Escalate critical issues that may affect production schedules or plant operations
• Manage incidents and support tickets received through ServiceNow
• Investigate, prioritise and resolve Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Supply Chain issues
• Coordinate with Oracle Application Developers and external partners for technical resolution
• Support SIT, UAT and regression testing activities
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions and process documentation
• Support training activities for end users

Global Business Process Assistant Analyst-Make(Manufacturing Ops&Oracle Fusion)

The Global Business Process Assistant Analyst - Make supports the day-to-day operation, support, and continuous improvement of manufacturing business processes across Meiyume's global Make function. The role works closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Quality, Engineering, and Technology teams to support Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Inventory, Cost Management, and related production execution processes. The position plays a critical role in ensuring manufacturing facilities can execute daily production activities without interruption. The role provides first-line operational support through incident management, issue investigation, testing, documentation, user assistance, and process improvement activities. A key aspect of the role is supporting manufacturing operations in Indonesia where rapid issue resolution may be required to prevent disruption to production schedules, material movements, inventory transactions, and shop-floor activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes
• Support production planners, supervisors, warehouse personnel, and manufacturing users with operational issues
