Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia seeks a Freelance Oracle Functional Consultant specialized in SCM to optimize procurement, manufacturing, inventory and cost management processes using Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud.

You will perform fit-gap analyses, assess customizations, document To-Be processes, and support data migration scoping, workshops, and client interviews across PRC, MFG, INV, CST, SCP, OM and related SCM modules.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant project experience in Oracle ERP implementation, support, or consulting.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP SCM and Oracle EBS SCM.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in As-Is/To-Be analysis and Fit & Gap assessment.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.

• Identify data migration scope and key considerations.
• Prepare assessment reports, recommendations, and presentation materials.
• Participate in client interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Cover Procurements, Manufacturing, Inventory, Cost Management, SCM Planning, Order Management, and other Oracle SCM modules.

• Analyze and assess current Procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM) business processes.
• Review existing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM configurations, system utilization, and operational procedures.
• Conduct Fit & Gap analysis against Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM standard functionality.
• Evaluate existing customizations and define their future-state disposition in collaboration with the Technical Consultant.
• Support the design and documentation of future-state (To-Be) business processes utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
• Identify data migration scope, requirements, and key considerations.
• Prepare assessment reports, recommendations, and presentation materials.
• Participate in client interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Cover functional areas including Procurement (PRC), Manufacturing (MFG), Inventory (INV), Cost Management (CST), Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Order Management (OM), and other Oracle SCM modules.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant project experience in Oracle ERP implementation, support, or consulting.
• Knowledge of or implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP SCM.
• Experience implementing or supporting Oracle EBS SCM.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in As-Is / To-Be analysis and Fit & Gap assessment.
• Ability to assess whether existing customization requirements can be covered by Oracle Fusion Cloud standard functionality.
• Ability to define future business requirements where standard functionality is insufficient.
• Experience conducting client interviews and requirements discussions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation certification or equivalent Oracle certification (optional).
