The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups 香港青年協會 is seeking a Programme Manager to plan and manage youth exchange, leadership and development programmes, and lead fundraising initiatives. You will engage donors, partners, alumni and stakeholders locally and globally to sustain income and advance the Foundation’s mission.

Candidates need at least three years of experience, strong English and Chinese skills, and digital literacy including Office and AI tools. Night/weekend duties may be required.

Qualificações

• Three years of work experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and AI-powered tools
• Experience in programme management, fundraising and stakeholder engagement is a plus

職位要求

主修科目 Study Fields :

• Bachelor's Degree or above especially business management, communications

知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• A minimum of three years of work experiences is needed.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential.
• Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experiences in programme management, fundraising, stakeholders engagement and such.
