Job summary

Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a proactive, well-organised administrator to support youth health and wellness programmes in a busy NGO setting.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with schools and corporates, create clear communications in English and Chinese, and help maintain digital and offline outreach materials. Independent work and teamwork are both essential.

Qualifications

• Good written, verbal and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
• Highly organised with strong time-management abilities.
• Experience in social media management and graphic design is advantageous.
• Experience liaising with schools and corporates is advantageous.
• Interest in youth culture and social impact preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in fast-paced environment.

• -Strong market and business sense for social good
• -Highly organised, responsible and dependable, with strong multitasking and time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• -Good written, verbal and presentation skills in Chinese and English
• -Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work as part of a team but also independently, proactively and confidently on projects you will be in charge of.
• -Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Canva.
• -Ability to manage administrative workflows.
• -Experience in social media platform management, graphic design and website management is advantageous
• -Experience in liaising with external parties, like schools and corporates is advantageous
