The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups 香港青年協會 is seeking a Programme Manager to plan and manage youth exchange, leadership and development programmes, and lead fundraising initiatives. You will engage donors, partners, alumni and stakeholders locally and globally to sustain income and advance the Foundation’s mission.

Candidates need at least three years of experience, strong English and Chinese skills, and digital literacy including Office and AI tools. Night/weekend duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and AI-powered tools
• Experience in programme management, fundraising and stakeholder engagement is a plus

Responsabilités

• Promote mission of connecting youth worldwide and fostering Chinese cultural heritage.
• Plan and manage youth exchange, leadership, and development programmes.
• Drive fundraising, partnership development, and sustainable income initiatives.
• Engage donors, partners, alumni, and stakeholders locally, nationally, and globally.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and organisational communications.
• Prepare and manage publicity, like social media.
• Lead and supervise the team in achieving the Foundation’s goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
