HK Youth Association in Hong Kong seeks a dynamic leader to promote its mission, connect ethnic Chinese youth worldwide, and develop youth exchange, leadership, and development programmes. You will drive fundraising, partnership development, and sustainable income initiatives while engaging donors, alumni and stakeholders locally and globally.

The role also involves preparing reports, proposals and communications, leading a team and overseeing publicity and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in business management or communications.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Experience in programme management, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promote the Foundation's mission to connect ethnic Chinese youth worldwide.
• Plan and manage youth exchange, leadership, and development programmes.
• Drive fundraising, partnership development, and sustainable income initiatives.
• Engage donors, partners, alumni, and stakeholders locally and globally.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and organisational communications.
• Prepare and manage publicity, including social media.
• Lead and supervise the team to achieve Foundation goals.
• Occasional travel and after-hours duties as required.
