Job summary

Chanel in Hong Kong seeks a People Experience Partner to architect holistic employee experiences across the lifecycle, partnering with HRBPs, COEs and cross-functional teams. This role drives human-centered practices aligned with Chanel’s One-House vision and PE strategy.

As a trusted advisor, you will translate strategy into tangible programs, ensure governance, and champion data-driven decisions to foster an inclusive, high-performance workplace at Chanel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Traditional Chinese (written and verbal).
• Solid understanding of local employment regulations, policies and governance requirements.
• Experience: 8–10 years in HR/People Experience/People Operations with lifecycle management and stakeholder advisory.
• Experience in luxury retail, multi-stakeholder environments, or fast-paced settings valued.
• Ability to lead ER investigations, risk assessments, and senior advisory case handling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Employee Lifecycle Experience across onboarding, mobility, reboarding, exits, and transitions.
• Safeguard compliant HR operations and governance; improve workflows and governance discipline.
• Serve as ER advisor, manage end-to-end case workflows with confidentiality and Chanel values.
• Translate PE strategy into actionable plans and experiences to enhance culture and wellbeing.
• Partner with HRBPs and COEs to surface insights and inform business decisions.
• Use people data and metrics to inform strategy and predict workforce needs.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects like culture transformation and policy updates.
• Collaborate within the PE team and with HKMO and regional HR to build capabilities.
